About the Role
A company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to build new business partnerships, achieve monthly partner acquisition targets, and support marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen new business relationships with potential partners and clients
- Achieve a minimum of 30 partner contracts per month across all emirates and submit periodic reports
- Send new partner data weekly to the media and marketing department
- Work continuously to increase the number of partners and obtain the best competitive offers
- Contribute to initiatives (preparation, organization, presentation) during company events
- Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to attract potential partners
- Document and archive all contracts and department work, review validity, and improve terms
- Monitor competitive developments and trends to contribute to performance improvement
- Negotiate with clients and partners and sign agreements and contracts
- Follow up on existing partnership relations and ensure their needs are met
- Follow up on delivery of promotional materials to partners in coordination with distribution companies
- Prepare periodic reports and send them to the direct supervisor
Requirements
- Arabic fluency
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to achieve monthly partner acquisition target of at least 30 contracts
- Experience in building and managing business partnerships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

Responsibilities
- بناء وتعزيز علاقات تجارية جديدة مع الشركاء والعملاء المحتملين.
- تحقيق نسبة إستقطاب شركاء بحد أدنى ( 30 ) عقد شهرياً في كافة إمارات الدولة وتقديم تقارير دورية بذلك.
- إرسال بيانات الشركاء الجدد بشكل إسبوعي لإدارة الإعلام والتسويق.
- العمل الجاد والمستمر على زيادة عدد شركاء فزعة والحصول على أفضل العروض التنافسية.
- المساهمة في المبادرات من حيث ( الإعداد، التنظيم، والعرض) خلال فعاليات فزعة.
- تحديد الفرص الجديدة للشراكة وتطوير استراتيجيات لجذب الشركاء المحتملين.
- توثيق وأرشفة كافة العقود وأعمال القسم، مراجعة صلاحياتها وتحسين شروطها.
- متابعة التطورات والاتجاهات التنافسية للمساهمة في تحسين الأداء.
- المفاوضة مع العملاء والشركاء وتوقيع الاتفاقيات والعقود.
- متابعة علاقات الشراكة الحالية وضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم.
- متابعة تسليم الشركاء للمواد الإعلامية (كالملصقات وغيرها) الخاصة بشركة فزعه، بالتنسيق مع شركات التوزيع.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية وإرسالها إلى المسؤول المباشر.
