Job Summary
The Sales and Leasing Consultant is responsible for managing property sales and leasing transactions within a fast-paced real estate brokerage environment.
The role focuses on generating leads, closing deals, building strong client relationships, and representing property owners and investors in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate should have proven brokerage experience, strong market knowledge, and the ability to achieve aggressive sales and leasing targets while delivering high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and property sourcing.
- Manage end-to-end sales and leasing transactions for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings with buyers, tenants, landlords, and investors.
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of property listings and active clients.
- Negotiate pricing, lease terms, and sales agreements between landlords, buyers, and tenants.
- Provide professional market advice regarding pricing trends, rental values, and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with property owners to secure exclusive listings and brokerage agreements.
- Ensure all documentation and contracts comply with local real estate regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and follow-ups within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote listings through online portals and social media platforms.
- Achieve monthly sales, leasing, and commission targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new developments within Qatar.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of real estate brokerage experience in Qatar or GCC markets.
- Proven track record in property sales and leasing closures.
- Strong understanding of brokerage operations, commission structures, and property transactions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.
- Experience using CRM systems and property listing platforms.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
