- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
- Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, budget, and event details
- Schedule meetings and venue visits for Events Managers
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture opportunities
- Prepare weekly sales and lead pipeline reports
- Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the Events Manager
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or events
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in conducting cold calls and follow ups
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian is an advantage

Job Summary

Compensation
- Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
- KPI based commission
