Overview

  • We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager (Catering) to grow our B2B and B2C catering business.
  • This role focuses on sales, client relationships, and smooth event execution, ensuring profitable growth and outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B and B2C catering sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Develop new corporate and private clients.
  • Manage client communication, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Oversee planning and execution of on site and off site events.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Monitor budgets, profitability, and performance KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or events sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).
  • Client focused, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Experience with family, children’s, or lifestyle events is a plus.
  • Flexible and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
