Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Jiddah, is for a Sales and Service Specialist.

The specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, driving sales performance, and providing excellent service to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, understanding their requirements, closing sales, and training others to deliver exceptional service and results.

The role requires a proactive approach to meeting sales targets and supporting customers effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure effective interaction and relationship-building with clients.
  • Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Experience in providing Training to team members to ensure service excellence and cohesive team performance.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Relevant experience in retail, service, or a customer-focused industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.

R&R

  • Understand client needs and analyze technical requirements.
  • Propose suitable technical solutions (Software / Systems / Integrations).
  • Identify and acquire new clients (New Business Development) and expand the customer base.
  • Engage with potential clients and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Follow up with prospects and manage relationships until deal closure.
  • Coordinate with the development or implementation team to define a clear scope.
  • Participate in client meetings and present proposed solutions.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals.
  • Update the CRM system with client data and sales opportunities
