Role Description
- Identify and qualify prospective business clients
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations
- Promote JOE13’s portfolio of services including HR solutions, merchandising, logistics, technology, and financial offerings
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts and pricing
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and track account performance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high quality service delivery
- Conduct market research and pipeline management
- Report on sales metrics and participate in sales planning to meet revenue and growth targets
