- Maintain in depth knowledge of all vehicle models, features, prices, and financing options
- Present vehicles to customers, conduct test drives, and negotiate prices and terms to close sales
- Build and maintain long term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Assist in managing showroom inventory, ensuring vehicles are properly displayed and clean
- Prepare and process sales paperwork, including contracts, financing agreements, and delivery details
- Conduct detailed product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
- Follow up with customers post sale to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with marketing and service teams to promote special offers and after sales services

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding the right vehicles based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in depth knowledge of all vehicle models, features, prices, and financing options to provide accurate information.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present vehicles, conduct test drives, and effectively negotiate prices and terms to close sales.
