Responsibilities

  • Monitors and maintains agreed stock levels of parts and accessories.
  • Ensures all parts are correctly stored and located and that appropriate housekeeping standards are met.
  • Uses understanding of Parts Return Process for warranty to ensure parts are returned in good order.
  • Recognizes obsolescent stock and brings to attention of Parts Manager.
  • Completes all relevant administration promptly and accurately.
  • Ensures Technicians have parts needed for scheduled work.
  • Organizes activity to minimize Technician waiting time.
  • Takes proactive approach to identify recurring problems.
  • Supports projects for continuous improvement.
  • Ensures stock is stored carefully and in saleable condition.
  • Works with Parts Manager to maintain and enhance parts displays.
  • Converse with customers professionally.
