We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven German-Speaking Sales Administrator to join our client in Dubai.

This role combines sales administration, client management, and business development support, with a strong focus on engaging US-based clients.

You will play a key role in managing CRM systems, supporting sales negotiations, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate, up-to-date client and pipeline data
  • Support end-to-end client management, from initial contact through to onboarding and ongoing relationship management
  • Assist in sales negotiations with US-based clients, ensuring smooth communication and deal progression
  • Identify and support new business development opportunities across assigned markets
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads and existing clients to drive engagement and revenue growth
  • Prepare proposals, sales documentation, and client communications in both German and English
  • Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics within the CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements
  • Provide regular reporting on client activity, sales performance, and business development outcomes
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service across all interactions

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Previous experience in sales support, client management, or business development roles
  • Strong CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
  • Confident communication and negotiation support skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience working with international clients, ideally including US markets
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
  • Background in SaaS, digital services, healthcare, or international B2B sales
  • Experience supporting business development or revenue growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
