Our client is a fast-growing digital healthcare company, managing multiple telehealth and online pharmacy brands.

They are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to lead and optimise the paid acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a performance-driven marketer who thrives in high-growth environments and has experience managing regulated healthcare or telemedicine campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and scale PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Performance Max, Meta, and other paid social platforms
  • Optimise campaign performance to improve CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall acquisition efficiency
  • Manage large advertising budgets across multiple brands and markets
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid optimisation, and A/B testing
  • Analyse campaign data and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and CRM teams to improve conversion funnels and user acquisition strategies
  • Ensure campaigns comply with healthcare and advertising regulations across UK and US markets
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging performance marketing strategies

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on PPC/performance marketing experience
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max, and paid social platforms
  • Proven track record managing high-budget, performance-focused campaigns
  • Experience in healthcare, telemedicine, pharmacy, or regulated industries is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using Google Analytics and tracking tools
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on growth and optimisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
