Company Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Prepare and process sales documents such as offers, contracts, and MOUs.
  • Maintain and update client databases, trackers, and CRM entries (Salesforce etc.).
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and follow up communication.
  • Liaise with internal teams (legal, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth transaction flow.
  • Coordinate with clients for documentation and ensure timely submissions.
  • Handle invoice preparation, payment follow up, and data entry.
  • Manage sales reports and compile performance data for team reviews.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all paperwork and sales records.
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Track and follow up on critical sales documentation including SPAs, Down Payments, and PDCs.
  • Coordinate with Finance Operations on payment recovery including follow ups on bounced cheques and partial payments.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar Sales Admin role (real estate mandatory).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Must have experience in handling SPAs & Oqood Registrations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
