- Identify and engage high net worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and international buyers
- Engage with qualified leads provided by the company
- Conduct consultations, presentations, and sales discussions with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey
- Actively leverage social media platforms to generate engagement and enhance personal branding
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success
- Negotiate and close high value deals in line with company objectives
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Job Description
- The Heart of Europe is looking for Island Direct Sales Managers to accelerate sales across Dubai's most exclusive island development.
- Candidates worked as Sales Promoters / F&B Hostesses who demonstrate excellence in customer experiences or selling luxury products are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
