- Manage end to end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate and institutional clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence
- Work closely with pre sales and technical teams to deliver client solutions
- Identify new business opportunities across corporate, government, banking, and healthcare sectors
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long term account growth
- Contribute to product positioning and market feedback for continuous improvement
- Consistently convert leads into active accounts and grow existing customer accounts using outbound lead generation techniques
- Execute sales strategies developed with senior management
- Drive growth initiatives to exceed customer expectations and build long term partnerships
- Achieve defined sales and margin targets
- Act as the face of the business within the education and EdTech market
Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science or relevant degree
- Overall experience of 10 years with a minimum of 5 years in sales/business development
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal ability
- Prior sales experience in the market with strong customer connections
- Strong experience closing deals with large enterprises and governmental clients
- Comfortable holding high level technical discussions with customers
- Basic software engineering background and general technology awareness
- Past account management experience exceeding quota and meeting KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C level executives
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
