Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Executive, or Customer Service Representative in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer oriented attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Good command of English

Job Summary
- We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer focused Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding menu offerings, operating hours, and services.

Mandatory Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with restaurant reservation systems or POS software.
- Previous experience in upscale restaurants, hotels, or hospitality establishments.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
