Role Overview
The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The role manages and grows client accounts while serving as the primary contact for commercial and service-related matters.
Sales and Account Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings and presentations, and develop customer-aligned proposals.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to support onboarding and resolve client issues.
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and contribute to forecasts and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
