Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and conduct lead-generation activities.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate sales documentation and CRM records.
• Meet clients, understand their IT and security needs, and present tailored solution proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals while following up to support client satisfaction and account growth.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate client requirements into suitable solutions.
• Support marketing initiatives, attend relevant industry events, and contribute to revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong IT sales and account-management skills with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Understanding of information technology, especially information security, managed services, and SaaS solutions.
• Proficiency in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline development, CRM tools, and sales methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in business language.
• B2B sales experience in the IT or cybersecurity sector; UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and engage with clients in person regularly.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, analytical, and detail-oriented proposal and contract skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant sales or IT certifications are advantageous.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative working style.

Workplace

• The role is on-site in Dubai and requires regular in-person client engagement.
