The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role plans and executes digital marketing campaigns that promote Tech Fortress services and strengthen brand awareness in target markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media channels and create and optimize online content.
- Coordinate email and online marketing campaigns and monitor performance using web analytics tools.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and develop lead-generation strategies.
- Ensure consistent communication across digital platforms.
- Analyze market trends, track competitor activity, and prepare performance reports with recommendations to improve engagement and conversion.
Qualifications
- Strong digital marketing and online marketing skills, including multi-channel campaign experience.
- Experience managing and growing professional social media profiles.
- Web analytics skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant cybersecurity or B2B technology marketing experience is beneficial.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, marketing automation platforms, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
