- Identify and acquire new customers across the Northern Emirates
- Generate opportunities for NOC, SOC, Managed IT Services, Microsoft Security, and Cloud Monitoring offerings
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Develop relationships with CIOs, IT Managers, Infrastructure Managers, CISOs, and business decision makers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Act as the primary sales representative for Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Qaiwain
- Promote Unified Command Center, NOC, SOC, Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity Services, and Cloud Monitoring solutions
Requirements
- Experience in sales of IT services, preferably NOC, SOC, or managed services
- Ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Strong relationship building skills with CIOs, IT Managers, CISOs, and business decision makers
- Experience managing complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
