Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of success and ongoing development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other relevant organisations
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a professional and efficient process
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasting and inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure our services are aligned with market demands
  • Represent Qureos at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the EdTech, HR Tech, or recruitment industry
  • A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • A genuine passion for Qureos's mission to empower young professionals
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
