- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other relevant organisations
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a professional and efficient process
- Analyse sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasting and inform strategic decisions

Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the EdTech, HR Tech, or recruitment industry
- A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- A genuine passion for Qureos's mission to empower young professionals
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
