- Design, develop, configure, and deploy SailPoint IIQ/ISC solutions
- Gather business requirements and prepare technical design documents
- Implement Joiner Mover Leaver (JML) lifecycle management processes
- Configure access requests, approvals, certifications, and access reviews
- Onboard enterprise applications using SailPoint connectors and APIs
- Develop and customize workflows, rules, forms, and provisioning processes
- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, databases, and cloud applications
- Configure RBAC and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies
- Perform aggregation, provisioning, reconciliation, and certification activities
- Troubleshoot connector, provisioning, aggregation, and access governance issues
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post production support
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials
Requirements
- 3–5 years of IAM experience (mid level) or 5–10+ years (senior level)
- 2+ years of SailPoint implementation experience
- Hands on experience with SailPoint IIQ and/or ISC
- Experience with Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, PowerShell
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, ServiceNow

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Implementation Engineer with hands on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow).
- The candidate will be responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, application onboarding, provisioning, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.
