About the Role
CyberGate Defense seeks a MKS / Partners & Platforms Specialist to manage partner relationships, product selection, sales enablement, and training coordination. Responsibilities
- Manage day to day partner relationships and SLA compliance
- Own product selection pipeline: evaluation, onboarding, lifecycle
- Maintain partner portal, agreements, and performance records
- Develop and maintain sales enablement assets: battlecards, demo kits
- Support pre sales engagements with scoping and technical briefs
- Manage public training schedule in LMS and on website
- Update course catalog pages and maintain Stripe payment links
- Schedule and coordinate private corporate training engagements
- Design and execute cyber awareness campaigns for clients
- Maintain and refresh platform content on all managed tools
- Report MKS and PP performance metrics to CISO monthly
Requirements
- Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or Cybersecurity
- 3–5 years in partnership management or knowledge services
- Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Teachable)
- Familiarity with Stripe, CMS tools, and web content management
- Strong vendor and partner negotiation skills
- Sales enablement and pre sales support experience
- Excellent written communication and client facing skills
- Project coordination and multi tasking capability
- Cybersecurity awareness or sector knowledge preferred
- Analytical: comfortable with reporting and performance data
