Responsibilities
- Design and lead advanced internal and external Red Team operations
- Simulate Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) to test clients' defensive capabilities
- Operate undetected, evade modern defensive controls (EDR/SIEM), and execute lateral movement and privilege escalation without triggering alarms
- Write clear, actionable technical reports and communicate risks to engineers and C level stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated, hands on experience in Red Teaming and Offensive Security
- Proven track record of executing stealthy operations with a '0trace' methodology
- Deep experience running both internal and external Red Team engagements
- Expert level skills in Web Application Penetration Testing
- Solid working knowledge of Mobile Application Penetration Testing (iOS and Android)
- Advanced command of Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nmap
- Deep understanding of AD exploitation, lateral movement, Kerberoasting, and privilege escalation
- Proficiency in developing custom scripts/tools in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to bypass defenses
- Excellent ability to write clear, actionable technical reports
- Practical familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and OWASP testing methodologies
- Must hold at least one of: OSCP, CRTP, or OSCE certification

- 5+ years of dedicated, hands on experience in Red Teaming and Offensive Security
- Proven track record of executing stealthy operations with a strict '0trace' methodology
- Deep, demonstrable experience running both internal and external Red Team engagements
- Expert level skills in breaking Web Applications
- Solid, working knowledge of Mobile Application Penetration Testing (both iOS and Android platforms)
- Advanced command of Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nmap
- Deep understanding of AD exploitation, lateral movement, Kerberoasting, and privilege escalation techniques
- Proficiency in developing custom scripts/tools in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to bypass standard defenses
- Excellent ability to write clear, actionable technical reports and communicate complex security risks to both engineers and C level stakeholders
- Practical familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and OWASP testing methodologies
Required Certifications
- Mandatory (Must Have At Least One Or More): OSCP, CRTP, OSCE
- Highly Preferred / Bonus: GRTP, OSEE
