- Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of established safety programs
- Conduct safety compliance audits and ensure adherence to safety program requirements
- Develop, implement, monitor, and follow up on corrective action procedures to address safety deficiencies
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Possession of an internationally recognized professional safety certification (e.g., CSP, CMIOSH)
- Bachelor's degree in relevant technical, industry or HSEQ specific discipline
- Relevant experience in oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, onshore, offshore, or infrastructure industries
- Proven experience in construction safety activities on large scale projects
- Experience conducting safety compliance audits in accordance with Saudi Aramco requirements
- Trained and competent Internal Auditor RCA Accident/incident Investigator (e.g., Helix/Taproot)

Requirements

- Thorough knowledge of international safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices
- Strong understanding of hazard identification, risk assessment, incident prevention, and safety management systems
- Trained and competent Internal Auditor RCA Accident/incident Investigator, e.g. Helix/Taproot
