HSE Systems Management

  • Implement and maintain the HSE Management System in the Abu Dhabi office.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor in Science or Engineering Degree; Minimum certification in Occupational HSE Management Systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
  • Experience: 5 years in implementation and auditing of HSE Management Systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; experience in Engineering and Construction companies.

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Implement the Corporate HSE Management System within the Abu Dhabi office, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, Group standards, ISO 45001/14001, ADNOC, and local regulations.
  • Ensure creation, maintenance, preservation, control, and traceability of documented information required by the HSE Management System.
  • Monitor and follow up HSE objectives, targets, risks, opportunities, and performance indicators, ensuring periodic reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, evaluate, and monitor compliance with applicable HSE legal and regulatory requirements, including ADNOC and UAE regulations.
  • Prepare the annual Management Review Report consolidating performance data, objectives, initiatives, incidents, audits, and improvement actions.
  • Support internal and external audits related to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ADNOC requirements, ensuring follow up and closure of findings.
  • Develop periodic inspections to ensure compliance with ISO standards requirements.
  • Coordinate analysis of HSE data, audit results, incidents, non conformities, and improvement opportunities to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with HR for Occupational Health and Safety information related to training, medical surveillance, emergency preparedness, and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments to collect and monitor environmental information related to waste, energy, paper consumption, and other performance indicators.
  • Promote HSE awareness and continuous improvement culture through communication, training, and participation initiatives.
  • Propose mechanisms for simplifying and optimizing HSE related processes to improve organizational performance.
