The Role
We are seeking a SaaS Operations Analyst to support the performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement of SaaS business operations.
This role combines operational analysis, process optimization, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to help teams make informed decisions and deliver consistent business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze SaaS operational performance, workflows, and business processes.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance tracking.
- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or improvement.
- Support subscription, customer lifecycle, account, and operational data management.
- Analyze key SaaS metrics such as adoption, retention, usage, revenue, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with product, sales, customer success, finance, and technology teams on operational initiatives.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation, procedures, and process standards.
- Support system and workflow improvements across SaaS platforms and business tools.
- Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
- Contribute to process optimization, automation, and scalable operating models.
- Provide data-driven insights to support management planning and decision-making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in SaaS operations, business operations, operations analysis, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription operations, and digital workflows.
- Experience working with operational data, reporting tools, spreadsheets, or business systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
