Design, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve network infrastructure supporting business operations.

Collaborate with IT, security, systems, and business teams to maintain stable network services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, switching, and network performance issues.
- Support secure LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and remote-access environments.
- Implement network changes, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Identify network risks, vulnerabilities, and potential service disruptions.
- Maintain network diagrams, configurations, documentation, and records.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and systems teams on infrastructure security.
- Support incident response, root-cause analysis, and service recovery.
- Recommend solutions that improve network resilience, performance, and scalability.
Requirements
- A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 3+ years of professional network engineering or infrastructure experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network security principles.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless, remote connectivity, and network monitoring.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting, performance analysis, and configuration management.
- Proficiency with network administration and monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage network incidents and prioritize technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote infrastructure operations environment.
