Your Impact

This is a hands-on technical role balancing innovation with operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ownership of the live platform service, ensuring uptime, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage service health to meet SLAs and operational targets.
- Coordinate incident management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and support the run operations team, including monitoring and alerting.
- Act as gatekeeper for platform releases to ensure stability and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams on the build-to-run transition.
