About the Role
Astra-North Infoteck is seeking an experienced RSA Archer eGRC Developer/Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer configuration, development, administration, and support across L1, L2, and L3 levels.

Responsibilities
- Support and enhance the RSA Archer eGRC platform
- Perform configuration, development, administration, and support activities across L1, L2, and L3
- Develop workflows, data feeds, reports, and dashboards
- Manage access control and permission models
- Integrate Archer with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in RSA Archer development, configuration, and administration
- Strong experience with RSA Archer eGRC Platform
- Hands on expertise with Archer Application Builder, Workflow Designer, Data Feeds, Reporting & Dashboarding, Access Control, Advanced Workflow, Calculated Fields, Data Driven Events
- Knowledge of SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, Data Integration Frameworks
- Experience handling support and enhancement activities across L1, L2, L3
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience implementing multiple Archer use cases and GRC solutions
- Experience in BFSI or consulting environments highly preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer IT Business Analyst / Archer Developer to support and enhance the RSA Archer eGRC platform.
- The role requires expertise in Archer core solutions, workflow development, integrations, reporting, and risk/compliance management processes.
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with RSA Archer eGRC Platform.
- Hands on expertise with Archer Application Builder, Workflow Designer, Data Feeds, Reporting & Dashboarding, Access Control & Permission Models, Archer Control Panels & Solutions, Advanced Workflow (AWF), Calculated Fields, Data Driven Events.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, Data Integration Frameworks.
Functional Knowledge
- Risk Management
- Compliance Management
- Audit Management Processes
- Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks
Support Experience
- Experience handling support and enhancement activities.
- Comfortable working across L1, L2, and L3 support models.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in hybrid team environments.
Qualifications
- 6–9 years of experience in RSA Archer development, configuration, and administration.
- Experience implementing multiple Archer use cases and GRC solutions.
- Experience working in BFSI or consulting environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Archer back office functions including Access Control, Integration Management, Management Reporting.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Archer Cloud deployments.
- Expertise in advanced workflow design and data integration architecture.
- Exposure to Cybersecurity Risk Management, Risk Analytics Platforms, Regulatory Compliance Solutions.
- Archer certifications are a plus.
