Role Description

  • Support the delivery of enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the Archer SaaS platform.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Support Quality Assurance (QA) activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows aligned with Archer capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver business solutions.
  • Support the design and configuration of Archer applications, including workflows, questionnaires, reporting, and data models.
  • Develop and execute test cases aligned with business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect tracking and resolution.
  • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release support activities.
  • Maintain project documentation including BRDs, FSDs, data mappings, user guides, test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Support reporting and dashboards for risk, audit, and regulatory stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of Business Analyst experience with Archer.
  • Experience working with Archer Evolv.
  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Solid understanding of risk management, compliance, or audit processes.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in QA activities, including test planning, test case development, and UAT support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Archer use cases including Operational Risk, IT Risk, Third Party Risk Management, Audit Management.
  • Familiarity with integrations using APIs, ETL, and data mapping.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including SOX, OSFI, ISO 27001, GDPR.
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI PBA, Agile/Scrum Certification, Archer Certification.
  • Experience supporting large scale GRC or enterprise transformation programs.
