About the Role
Astra-North Infoteck is looking for a Business Analyst with AEM web publishing expertise to support rapid delivery of website content changes, marketing campaigns, and corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support the rapid delivery of requests to website properties, including business as usual content changes, marketing campaigns, corporate initiatives, regulatory changes, and rate changes
- Assess client requests in JIRA by understanding business requirements, impact to clients and customers, and alignment to an integrated online experience
- Document and coordinate all request activities, including requirements, change order requests, JIRA intake, tracking, project status reporting, and communication
- Coordinate deployment activities with Quality Engineer, Delivery Management, Business/Marketing partners, and support teams to ensure successful delivery
- Align work activities to support priorities as defined by requestors and ensure deliverables meet quality objectives
- Participate in daily meetings including backlog refinement, pod huddle, and other meetings
- Participate in quarterly Program Incrementation sessions to support roadmap and Business' OKRs
- Manage relationships with key partners including Marketing, Product Groups, Technology partners, Change Management, Incident Management, and External partners
- Represent Content Publishing team as a subject matter expert
- Provide a professional, consistent, and positive client experience
- Help to review, improve, and document processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in an online/digital environment
- Experience with AEM Web Publishing
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
- Strong business analysis skills

Experience Required
