About the Role
Astra-North Infoteck is looking for a Bilingual Business Analyst to collaborate with Product Owners, define user stories, and support Agile delivery. The role requires bilingual proficiency in English and French, experience with user stories and acceptance criteria, and familiarity with Agile concepts.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners to understand, elicit, analyze, document, and communicate program and platform/application objectives
- Define objectives as a suite of user stories and specifications
- Support MVP definition and delivery planning
- Compare different systems and document functional differences and findings
- Create user stories with clear, testable, and actionable acceptance criteria
- Work closely with development teams to ensure stories are properly specified and validated
- Provide discipline, rigor, and technical skills to the story definition and validation process
- Document and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training guides, and functional documentation
- Collaborate with teams to provide delivery estimates for user stories and gain commitment
- Define testing data and scenario coverage, including edge cases and non functional scenarios
- Track and manage defects, and work with teams to prioritize and resolve defects
- Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both verbal and written
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners to elicit, analyze, document, and communicate program objectives
- Ability to create user stories with clear, testable, and actionable acceptance criteria
- Experience documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training guides, and functional documentation
- Experience with Agile delivery and quality assurance, including defining testing data and scenario coverage
- Knowledge of Agile concepts and practices (User Stories, Backlog Management, Scrum, Acceptance Criteria) (Nice to have)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Gradle, Git) (Nice to have)
- Pharmacy domain knowledge (Nice to have)
- Manual testing experience (Nice to have)
