Overview
- Achieve assigned sales targets (volume and value) across territories, brands, and channels.
- Expand market coverage by retaining existing customers and acquiring new outlets.
- Support new product launches by ensuring strong distribution, visibility, and sales performance.
- Maximize product visibility by placing company assets (e.g., chillers, displays) in prime outlet locations.
- Follow route plans to service all customers efficiently and maintain consistent operations.
- Keep customers informed about promotions, new products, pricing updates, and stock availability.
- Coordinate daily with the supply chain team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships through structured sales calls and excellent service.
- Execute merchandising standards, including proper product display, use of POS materials, FIFO practices, and planogram compliance.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback, competitor activity, and product performance to support business decisions.
- Ensure completion of required documentation and customer approvals.
- Adhere to daily administrative processes to maintain smooth sales operations.
