Rosewood Hotel Group seeks a Room Attendant Supervisor to manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and staff areas.
- Lead and direct housekeeping teams to achieve Rosewood and LQA standards.
- Inspect rooms regularly and measure performance of room attendants and floor supervisors.
- Manage lost and found procedures.
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Engineering, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Conduct training and refresher training for staff on procedures and hospitality.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback, ensuring issues are resolved.
- Participate in disciplinary procedures and staff appraisals.

- Experience in housekeeping supervision or management
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Overview
- Responsible for day to day management of Housekeeping Department for Rosewood Hotel.
- Ensures guest rooms, public areas, and staff areas are cleaned and maintained to highest standards.
- Leads and directs Housekeeping Teams to achieve Rosewood Standards, LQA Standards, and internal programs.
- Focuses on guest satisfaction, internal guest satisfaction, and cost control objectives.
Responsibilities
- Fully versed in job responsibilities of each position within Housekeeping Structure.
- Highly visible in areas of responsibility, leads by example, maintains regular checks.
- Develops and maintains General Cleaning schedule and issues tasks accordingly.
- Understands and implements procedures to operate and maintain departmental equipment.
- Ensures staff have proper supplies and equipment.
- Works closely with Front Desk to prioritize rooms for arrival pattern and guest needs.
- Manages Lost and Found Procedure.
- Works closely with Engineering on guest room maintenance needs.
- Trains staff to work safely and expedite emergency procedures.
- Participates in investigation of associate accidents and incidents.
- Inspects rooms on ongoing basis, measures performance of room attendants and floor supervisors.
- Personally inspects all VIP Arrival Rooms.
