- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with Rosewood and LQA standards
- Manage housekeeping inventory, linen control, supplies, and lost and found processes
- Handle guest requests and service recovery situations promptly and professionally
- Support associate development by coaching, motivating, and maintaining a positive team culture
Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping operations within a luxury hospitality environment
- Passionate about maintaining exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership skills and ability to guide and develop teams
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable using hotel systems and maintaining operational records and reports
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage

THE TEAM
- The Housekeeping team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is dedicated to creating exceptional and comfortable environments that elevate every guest stay.
- As a Room Attendant Supervisor, you will report to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and work closely with housekeeping associates and other hotel departments.
YOUR ROLE
- Support the daily operation of the Housekeeping department, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, linen operations, and housekeeping services consistently meet Rosewood and LQA standards.
- Lead and motivate the team, monitor service quality, manage daily assignments, and respond proactively to guest and operational needs.
