- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive assistance throughout their arrival and departure experience
- Transport and handle guest luggage safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Escort guests to their rooms and introduce hotel facilities, services, and room features
- Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and service needs with a personalized approach
- Assist with deliveries, messages, packages, laundry, and other concierge related services
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of lobby areas, luggage storage areas, and bell equipment
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge, or a customer facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and professional demeanor
- Strong knowledge of guest service standards and ability to anticipate guest needs
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are highly valued

The Team
- The Concierge team creates memorable first and last impressions for every guest.
- As a Guest Service Associate – Bell, you will report to the Bell Captain and work closely with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams.
Your Role
- You will play an important role in welcoming guests and ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their stay.
- You will assist with luggage handling, room escorts, deliveries, and guest requests while providing knowledgeable guidance on hotel facilities and local attractions.
