Role Overview
Ensure guest rooms and suites are clean, maintained, and presented to luxury standards.
Provide attentive, discreet, and consistent service in line with Banyan Tree brand expectations.
Room Cleaning and Preparation
- Clean, service, and maintain guest rooms and suites according to brand standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are refreshed.
- Clean bathrooms, replenish amenities, and keep all surfaces spotless.
- Ensure rooms are tidy, well-presented, and ready for guest arrival or return.
Guest Service
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
- Provide additional amenities or items as required.
- Respect guest privacy and report concerns or unusual observations to supervisors.
Public Areas and Turndown
- Assist with cleaning corridors, service areas, and back-of-house spaces when required.
- Provide evening turndown service where required.
- Refresh rooms, adjust lights, and prepare amenities for guest comfort.
