Role Overview
Clean and maintain guest rooms while ensuring hotel cleanliness, comfort, and quality standards.
Provide courteous guest service and maintain a positive, detail-oriented, and professional approach.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest supplies.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean surfaces and floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
- Replenish toiletries, minibar items, drinking water, and other room amenities.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and proper presentation.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost-and-found property.
- Handle guest requests courteously and promptly.
- Follow housekeeping procedures, safety standards, hygiene requirements, and guest privacy policies.
- Maintain cleaning equipment, chemicals, supplies, carts, storage areas, and equipment.
- Complete assigned rooms within required time and coordinate room status with the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Support deep cleaning and other housekeeping duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous Room Attendant, Housekeeping Attendant, or Hotel Cleaner experience is preferred.
