Role Overview
Naik Foundation is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager.
The role oversees financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and financial decision support.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily finance and accounting activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and expenses.
- Analyze performance, prepare management reports, monitor budgets, and investigate variances.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintain financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Review transactions and documentation, identify cost-control opportunities, and improve processes.
- Supervise and support the finance and accounting team.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of finance or accounting experience with previous management experience is required.
