Role Description
This is a full-time remote role supporting, maintaining, and optimizing robotic systems used in Cruq AI’s automation platform and client deployments.
The specialist will ensure reliable operation of robots and associated mechatronic components.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance monitoring for robotic systems.
- Integrate robotics with process automation workflows in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
- Document maintenance procedures and implement upgrades or modifications.
- Respond to incident reports and contribute to continuous improvement for robotics and frontier AI capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders and clients on robotic system operation and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in robotics and robot systems, including configuration, diagnostics, and performance optimization.
- Experience with process automation and robotics integration into end-to-end workflows.
- Knowledge of mechatronics covering mechanical, electrical, and control systems for robotic hardware maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, mechatronics, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with industrial or collaborative robots, sensors, PLCs, and safety standards is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and independent working skills.
