In this role, you will ensure accurate welding processes, maintain production quality, and support efficient manufacturing operations while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor robotic welding machines and automated welding systems.
- Set up welding parameters and machine configurations as per production requirements.
- Inspect welded components to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of welding equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
- Report machine malfunctions and production issues promptly.
- Maintain workplace safety and proper housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing targets.
