Responsibilities
- Manage engineering activities from tender through project completion
- Review project designs and oversee preparation of shop drawings, technical submittals, and coordinated drawings
- Support the estimating team during tendering with technical input and design reviews
- Define project scope, monitor engineering progress, and track long lead materials
- Obtain required approvals and NOCs from relevant authorities, including RTA and DEWA
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Resolve technical and design issues to minimize project risks, delays, and additional costs
- Supervise engineering staff and ensure timely delivery of engineering documentation
- Participate in project meetings, monitor engineering milestones, and support project handover with accurate as built documentation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies

Key Responsibilities
