Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and optimize FRP production operations.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate production schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
- Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs.
- Support process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
