Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and support scalable infrastructure solutions in customer environments.
- Design and implement cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure architectures.
- Troubleshoot complex system, network, and performance issues in production.
- Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and constraints.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve platform reliability.
