Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures in PCs, laptops, and peripherals, identifying root causes for efficient repair.
- Perform component level repairs and replacements, including motherboards, CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and power supplies.
- Execute thorough testing and validation of repaired hardware to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage and track returned merchandise authorization (RMA) units throughout their lifecycle, from receipt to return.
