- Prepare detailed risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive stakeholders and board level audiences
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate risk management into business processes and decision making
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented risk mitigation measures
- Stay current with emerging risks, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management
- Support the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans for clients
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of risk management methodologies and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Risk Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
- In depth knowledge of codes and safety standards in Saudi Arabia
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in risk management, preferably within a consulting environment
- Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation strategy development
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000, COSO, or equivalent methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certifications such as PRM or ARM preferred
