Role Summary
The Risk Manager leads and coordinates project risk management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
The role supports safe, timely, and cost-effective achievement of project objectives through systematic risk and opportunity management.
Risk Planning and Analysis
- Develop, implement, and update the Project Risk Management Plan.
- Establish and maintain the project Risk and Opportunity Register.
- Conduct risk identification workshops and assess probability and impact on time, cost, quality, safety, and scope.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, categorize risks, and identify emerging risks.
Mitigation and Reporting
- Coordinate with risk owners to develop mitigation actions, preventive measures, and contingency plans.
- Monitor mitigation actions, verify effectiveness and completion, evaluate residual risks, and escalate critical or overdue risks.
- Prepare periodic risk reports, dashboards, and performance indicators for project management.
- Provide accurate risk information and analysis to support informed decision-making.
