About the Role
Hantec Trader seeks a Risk Executive to monitor and manage trading risk exposure across client portfolios and liquidity providers. The role involves real-time analysis of FX, commodities, and indices, hedging coordination, and ensuring compliance with risk policies.

Responsibilities
- Monitor real time trading activity, client exposure, and overall risk levels across FX, commodities, indices, and other asset classes
- Analyze client positions to identify abnormal trading patterns, high risk behavior, and potential market abuse
- Manage and hedge exposure by coordinating with liquidity providers and internal dealing desks
- Ensure accurate allocation of trades between A book and B book strategies based on risk appetite
- Monitor margin levels and take appropriate action to mitigate potential losses
- Investigate discrepancies in PnL, swaps, spreads, and execution quality
- Work closely with Operations and IT teams to resolve platform and execution related issues
- Maintain risk reports, dashboards, and daily summaries for senior management
- Assist in improving risk management tools, systems, and processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading instruments (FX experience preferred)
- Prior experience in risk management, trading operations, or dealing desk environment is an advantage
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Good understanding of order flow, liquidity providers, and trade lifecycle
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced trading environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools is preferred
