Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with UAE Commercial Companies Law, AML/CFT regulations, etc.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the Group and JV entities.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of statutory filings, renewals, and disclosures.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and compliance monitoring frameworks.
- Manage all corporate secretarial activities for JV companies and subsidiary entities.
- Organize Board and Committee meetings including agendas, board packs, resolutions, and minutes.
- Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, powers of attorney, and legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with shareholder agreements, delegated authority matrices, and governance frameworks.
- Handle governance and disclosure requirements applicable to listed entities and regulated subsidiaries.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments across projects and business operations.
- Investigate compliance breaches and implement corrective action plans.
- Coordinate responses to regulatory inspections and audit observations.
Requirements
- Experience in regulatory compliance management
- Knowledge of UAE Commercial Companies Law and AML/CFT regulations
- Experience in corporate secretarial and governance activities
- Familiarity with listed entity disclosure requirements
- Strong risk assessment and investigation skills
