Role Overview

  • Risk and Compliance Analyst will support the organization in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintains robust governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments of the organization's operations and processes.
  • Identify potential areas of risk and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
  • Provide risk management guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders within governance bodies such as committees.
  • Keep up to date with changes in industry regulations and best practices.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Stay up to date and monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Investigate compliance related issues and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 4 years of experience within a public listed company is required.
  • Prior experience working with a Big Four firm at any point in your career.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA or CIA are preferred.
  • Bilingual fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Previous experience in a dedicated risk or compliance related role.
