- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Prior experience with a Big Four firm
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Professional certifications such as ACCA or CIA preferred

Role Overview
- Risk and Compliance Analyst will support the organization in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains robust governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments of the organization's operations and processes.
- Identify potential areas of risk and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
- Provide risk management guidance and support to other departments as needed.

- Keep up to date with changes in industry regulations and best practices.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Stay up to date and monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist with compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Investigate compliance related issues and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience within a public listed company is required.
- Prior experience working with a Big Four firm at any point in your career.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA or CIA are preferred.
- Bilingual fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in a dedicated risk or compliance related role.
