Job Purpose
Support the development and implementation of the enterprise risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and templates.
Assist with risk assessments, risk-register maintenance, KRI monitoring, reporting, training, and risk awareness across the organization.
Enterprise Risk Management Framework
- Assist in developing and implementing the enterprise risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and templates.
- Support the establishment of a standardized risk taxonomy across the organization.
- Facilitate the nomination of risk champions across departments.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation
- Conduct and facilitate periodic risk assessment workshops with risk champions and owners.
- Evaluate new and existing risks and assess controls at operational and strategic levels.
- Maintain updated risk registers across the organization at operational and strategic levels.
- Support mitigation plans for significant risks during workshops or after KRI reviews.
- Follow up with risk champions and owners on the status of risk mitigation actions.
